Nana Udoyen, Founder
I'm Nana Udoyen, founder of Anchored Advisory Consulting. I've spent over 20 years in finance and operations, working inside growing organizations and supporting leadership through the moments that matter most: scaling, navigating change, and making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information.
I built Anchored because I kept seeing the same gap. Founders had outgrown bookkeeping but weren't ready for a full-time CFO, leaving them to figure out their financial strategy on their own. Today, I partner with growing businesses and nonprofits across a range of industries, helping leadership teams move from reacting to planning by building financial systems that support better decisions.
My approach is grounded in one belief: financial leadership should bring clarity, not confusion. You should be able to understand where your business stands, what the numbers are telling you, and what decisions come next. When that's not happening, my role is to bring structure, insight, and confidence back to the financial side of your business.
